Ms. Carmody is continuing her practice in complex commercial litigation involving product liability, environmental law, and general commercial disputes in federal and state courts. She also has experience with white-collar criminal investigation and juvenile criminal defense work. Ms. Carmody previously practiced with Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell LLP in Denver and DLA Piper US LLP in Chicago.
Ms. Carmody received her Juris Doctor in 2005 from John Marshall Law School, cum laude. She graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Stetson University, magna cum laude.
